These are some of the most common hoses used in hydraulic systems on mobile and stationary equipments. The hose conforms to the SAE standard J 517 and designated with 100R series. Indorub manufactures all important commonly applicable grades of hydraulic hoses like SAE 100 R1,,R2, R3, R6 etc.. These hoses are wire braided (double) where very high hydraulic pressure applications are involved and single wire braided where subjected to moderate pressures.
These hoses find a major application in the earth moving industries.
COMPACT HOSE
Hydraulic hoses corresponding to SAE 100 R16 series. The hose meets or exceeds the requirements of SAE 100 R16 and DIN EN 857. These hoses are mainly recommended for medium & high pressure hydraulic lines (single & double wire braided, respectively) with petroleum and water-glycol base fluids and having bend radius nearly half to that of SAE 100 R1 & R2 Hoses, respectively.
A.C.HOSE
Jack Hose is wire braided (double) hose designed for use in hydraulic jack application used in jacking system. The hose is specially constructed with synthetic oil resistant tube. Rig Hose is wire braided (double) rubber hose, specially designed for hot air applications. The hose is constructed with synthetic oil and high temperature resistant inner tube and a textile braided cover impregnated with synthetic rubber cement
