Copper-Nickel 90/10– UNS C70600, Tube Fittings, Pipe Fittings, Needle Valves, Ball Valves and Manifold Valves
CuNi 70/30, also known as Cupronickel, is a high-performance alloy composed of 90% copper, 10% nickel, with additions of iron and manganese. It is engineered for maximum strength and superior resistance to saltwater corrosion, erosion, and biofouling. Made from UNS C71500 Copper-Nickel 90/10 Alloy with Iron and manganese additions, these fittings and valves offer exceptional strength, erosion resistance, and protection against biofouling. With a melting point of 1171°C and tensile strength of 372-517 MPa, CuNi 90/10 outperforms 90/10 CuNi in high-velocity and polluted seawater systems. Our CuNi 90/10 Fittings and Valves are engineered to perform in the toughest seawater environments.
