Purpose of Union Reducing

To connect two straight pipes or tubes with assembly of Nut and Ferrule of 2 different sizes. Ferrules bites onto the pipes/tubes providing a leak proof connection. It has a straight shape so connection is straight. Reducing Union has double ferrule or twin ferrule on both sides.
