Purpose of Male Connector NPT

To connect pipes or tubes with assembly of Nut and Ferrule. Ferrules bites onto the pipes/tubes providing a leak proof connection. Male Connector has double ferrule on 1 side and NPT male on one side. It is used to connect tubes to instrument/threads. Basically it adds thread to the tubes for easy connections and disconnection
