45 deg Elbow Connector are available in Stainless Steel 304 (SS 304), Stainless Steel 316 (SS 316), Brass (Grade IS 319), Carbon Steel, Incoloy 800 (Alloy 800), Inconel 600, Inconel 625, Inconel 825, Titanium Grade 2 Fittings (Ti Gr 2), Duplex 2205 and Super Duplex 32750, Monel 400 , Monel 500 , Hastelloy C 276. Most common are Stainless Steel ferrule fittings tubing 45° Elbow Connector.

Purpose of Connector Elbow 45 degree

To connect two angled pipes or tubes in 45 deg angle with assembly of Nut and Ferrule. Ferrules bites onto the pipes/tubes providing a leak proof connection. It has a Forty Five degree shape so connection is angled type. 45 deg Elbow Connector has double ferrule or twin ferrule on 1 side and NPT male on one side.

Connector Elbow 45 deg ferrule fittings are available in Union Double Ferrule Compression Tube fittings from 1/16″ to 2″ OD Tube and 3 mm OD Tube to 50 mm OD Tube with Double Ferrule &  Nut .

Pipe thread options

The Pipe side includes NPT, BSPP, BSPT, Metric Sizes. NPT Male / Female available from 1/16” to 2”.
